Redrow Development Scoops 5 Star Award

Redrow Homes are celebrating after The Bowery, one of its new developments in Bristol, has been awarded the five star rating in the regional ‘Best Development’ category at the UK Property Awards.

The awards celebrate the best of the UK property industry. The award means that the development received an overall score above 75% against a variety of criteria including, architectural and interior design, external appearance and energy efficiency and innovation.

The Bowery is one of two Redrow developments in North Bristol. The Aurora Springs development can also be found at this location.

Hannah Pollard, sales manager for Redrow (South West), spoke of her delight at winning the award: “We are delighted to have received the top 5 star award beating strong competition in the region.
