Major roads within convenient distance of the development include the M2/A2 (for Dover, Canterbury, Dartford and London), which is 10 minutes’ drive away, the M20 (for Folkestone, Ashford, Maidstone and London), which is 20 minutes’ drive away and the M25, which is around 30 minutes away by car. The nearest train station is Rainham, 18 minutes' walk away, and from there regular services run to Margate, Dover, Dartford, London Victoria, London Bridge and London St Pancras International, among other destinations.
