Our story
Founded in 1998 by Vernon Pethard, newhomesforsale.co.uk began as a series of regional new homes newspapers, connecting buyers with developers across the UK. By the early 2000s, the business had become a trusted name in the new build sector, publishing seven regional editions and helping thousands of people find their ideal home.
As the property market evolved, so did we. In 2009, we transitioned fully online. The launch of newhomesforsale.co.uk marked the start of our digital journey, and we’ve been growing ever since.
