About Hexagon Housing Association

Hexagon Housing Association is a charitable not-for-profit housing provider based in South East London, dedicated to supplying affordable homes and services to local communities.

Founded in 1990 with roots back to 1969, the association owns and manages around 4,500 properties across several boroughs including Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich, Bexley and Croydon, working closely with local authorities to meet strategic housing needs.

Hexagon’s portfolio includes general needs homes, supported housing and a growing number of Shared Ownership properties, designed to help people step onto the property ladder more affordably. The organisation reinvests its trading surpluses into building and maintaining quality homes and improving services for residents.

Its development programme, supported by grants such as from the Greater London Authority, aims to deliver new affordable and sustainable housing. Hexagon also emphasises community involvement, diversity and resident participation in shaping services.
