Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) is a community-focused housing association that manages and develops quality, affordable homes across North and East London. With over 2,500 properties, ISHA is a key provider of truly affordable housing in areas such as Hackney, Islington, and Waltham Forest.
Regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), ISHA works in partnership with local authorities, Homes England, the Greater London Authority, and a range of local housing associations, including BAME, special needs, and co-operative providers. Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) is a smaller, more locally focused housing association compared to many others operating in London. With roots dating back to 1933, ISHA has expanded significantly in recent years, while maintaining a strong commitment to its residents and local communities.
ISHA comprises Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association, along with its subsidiary, Urban Style Ltd. It also incorporates Lien Viet Housing Association, continuing to provide culturally sensitive services to Vietnamese and South Asian communities across the areas it serves.
