The first phase of the Terlingham Village development, Terlingham Gardens, was launched in 2016, and is already over 40% reserved. This gated area comprises of twenty 2 bedroom bungalows and 2/3 bedroom chalet-bungalows exclusively for the over 55s.

This phase features beautifully landscaped communal gardens and step-free access. Homes can be tailored to meet individual needs, depending on stage of build, with maintenance and care packages also available, offering services from window cleaning to personal care. There are currently two show bungalows available to view.

The second phase of Terlingham Village was launched in January 2017, and features forty-seven contemporary 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family homes. This new phase, Terlingham Rise, features attractive landscaping, a play area and ample visitor parking. All homes feature a high specification throughout, from integrated kitchen appliances, built in wardrobes to master bedrooms and underfloor heating to the ground floor.

Subject to build stage, purchasers at Terlingham Village are able to choose from a range of designer kitchen, bathroom and flooring finishes, as well as ironmongery and emulsion colours.

Perched on top of the North Downs, historic Hawkinge offers stunning views of nearby Folkestone. The village boasts thriving local shops, primary schools, a community centre and two riding schools.

Within walking distance of the development is Terlingham Forum, a shopping area that includes a supermarket, pub, café, beauty salon and veterinary surgery.

Hawkinge is well connected by road and local bus services to Folkestone, Dover and Canterbury. The village is just a few minutes' drive from Folkestone's thriving Creative Quarter, full of pastel-painted art galleries and quirky stores, as well as the newly restored Harbour Arm lined with locally-sourced food outlets and chic bars.
