The first phase of the Terlingham Village development, Terlingham Gardens, was launched in 2016, and is already over 40% reserved. This gated area comprises of twenty 2 bedroom bungalows and 2/3 bedroom chalet-bungalows exclusively for the over 55s.
This phase features beautifully landscaped communal gardens and step-free access.
