Sandbach has been a market town for centuries and there's still a thriving indoor market and farmers' market, alongside all the usual shops and facilities needed for daily life. As well as easy access to Crewe for the national rail network, you'll be within reach of the historic city of Chester for a lovely day out shopping or strolling along the river. Sandbach is an historic market town in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. Its 16th century cobbled market square has weekly markets, and there are a number of craft fairs during the summer months. It also has a good selection of independent specialist shops as well as the popular high street names. There are a number of supermarkets including Waitrose, Aldi and Co-op, and a thriving indoor market. For city centre shopping Manchester is approximately 40 minutes away and the attractive walled city of Chester is less than 30 miles away.

Sandbach sports and leisure centre is located on Middlewich Road behind Sandbach High School. The facilities include a swimming pool, squash courts, sports hall, and a gym & fitness suite. Outdoor tennis courts, netball courts and a hockey pitch are also available at this facility. For the sports fans amongst you there are amateur rugby, football and cricket clubs in Sandbach.

Sandbach has fantastic transport links, with Junction 17 of the M6 less than four miles away, making travel throughout the North West easy. The Heath is within walking distance of the bus route, making the two mile journey to the town centre quick and convenient. The railway station on the Crewe to Manchester line is also an easy walk from the development.
