Berry Hill in Mansfield

The town of Mansfield has held a market charter since 1227 and the historic main market still runs 6 days a week. Local amenities also include a Sainsbury's & Aldi superstore as well as a small shopping area with a newsagent, florist, hairdressers and takeaway food shops.

There is also an Odeon Cinema in the same retail park. Nearby is a small medical practice, with a much larger surgery located in Mansfield town centre.

Families are well served by Ofsted rated 'Good' primary and secondary schools. Also in the area is The Brunts Academy, a specialist performing arts college that is listed among the top 8% of schools in the country - rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

There is an abundance of green space on your doorstep - Berry Hill Park which has its own cafe and hosts a variety of children-oriented events throughout the summer, King George V Park, where families can enjoy a pitch and putt golf course, football pitches, a wildflower meadow and woodland walks and, of course, Sherwood Forest.
