Chapel Waters by LSL Land & New Homes in Worksop

Chapel Waters is a new housing development designed by Architects CODA Studios and has been designed to create a new rural community for downsizers, families, first time buyers and young professionals.

It is estimated the new population of Chapel Waters will eventually be around 270 people- almost a third of the existing community. The attractive design of the homes also takes reference from the regions vernacular past and features a soft red brick, painted brickwork, natural stone and pan tiled roofs all with large expansive glazing to maximize natural light.

All the homes are set within treelined streets and landscaped grounds with a new duck pond providing ‘sustainable urban drainage’ for the area
