Situated in the semi-rural scenic market town of Shrewsbury, Oteley Gardens offers tranquil countryside walks or the more upbeat historic high street. Nearby is also a range of restaurants, entertainment, and sporting facilities so you can choose to relax and unwind or explore the local area. Shrewsbury offers a great selection of Ofsted-rated 'Good' schools.

The range of homes we have to offer embraces contemporary designs whilst still retaining classical architecture. We are proud to build homes with higher ceilings, bi fold doors* and wider staircases when compared to the majority of other new home builders.

So, unwind and relax with our features like open-plan living areas, stylish fitted kitchens, bi fold doors and so much more in your new Bovis Home.

Keeping the eco-system in mind we have provided a landscape that promotes the local wildlife; including the addition of hedgehog highways on some homes.

There's plenty to choose from on the outskirts of Shrewsbury if you don't want to travel into the town centre including; Meole Brace shopping centre which offers Marks and Spencer's, TK Maxx, Argos and Sports Direct to name but a few. You can catch a park and ride into the centre from here which will take you just 10 minutes. In the centre you'll find Darwin Shopping Centre, the largest of the three shopping centres, with many high street retailers inside. For antiques shopping there's plenty of options in Ironbridge and for spa's there are plenty located around including Bannatyne's and Fishmore Hall Hotel.

The history of Shrewsbury is reflected in many of its sightseeing and venues; such as its castle and abbey. The winding streets throughout the centre offer quaint independent shops, bars and restaurants with a range of dining choices. The Theatre Severn offers a range of shows from comedy to pantomime and there's a monthly farmers market offering local produce throughout the year. Quarry Park runs alongside the River Severn and sets the scene for the Shrewsbury Flower Show, The Shrewsbury Food Festival, Oktoberfest and a range of concerts and music including the Shrewsbury Folk Festival. In fact, Shrewsbury is that popular it even boasts its own Monopoly board game.

The M54 is just a short drive away with easy access to Wolverhampton and Birmingham. From the M54 you can pick up the M6 and head towards Manchester or further afield. Birmingham airport is just over an hour away by car or 1 hour 20 minutes by rail. If you want to explore a Welsh coastline such as Aberystwyth it will take you just under two hours. Shrewsbury itself is ideally located for those working in the i54 Business Park which is just off junction 2 on the M54 and is home to an array of technology-based businesses.
