Westminster Walk in Bridgwater

Less than three miles north-east of Bridgwater, the Westminster Walk development is our new collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes in the Kings Down area, close to the picturesque village of Horsey. Kings Down is halfway between the Somerset Levels and the coast.  Its close proximity to the M5 motorway, 37 miles south of Bristol, means that Westminster Walk offers fantastic commuter links at the same time as a semi-rural setting.

Bridgwater is a busy town and an important focal point for this part of Somerset. The M5 has played an important part in its growth as a manufacturing and distribution centre. However, with the Somerset Levels and the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on its doorstep, you can be out in the countryside in no time at all. Whichever direction you choose, a new home here will prove to be a great base.   

The lively town of Bridgwater has plenty to offer, including independent shops and high street stores, a state-of-the-art theatre, a good range of pubs and restaurants, an arts centre, two museums, a swimming pool and a cinema. You'll also be just a short trip away from Taunton, the county town of Somerset, which has a large range of stores and amenities.

Bridgwater is surrounded by stunning scenery, with the Quantock Hills and the Somerset Levels within easy reach. The Bridgwater & Taunton Canal has a well-maintained towpath and is a beautiful setting for a peaceful walk. You'll also be close to Somerset's coastline and the Bridgwater Bay National Nature Reserve – perfect for family days out.
