Located conveniently for the A659, the village enjoys excellent links with the A64, which connects York and Leeds, as well as the A1, providing easy access to areas both to the north and south. The nearest train station is at Ulleskelf, six miles away, which is on the York to Leeds line. There is a more regular service from Micklefield, which is 12 miles from the development.
