Show Home Now Open at Sandbourne Gardens, Bewdley

Elan Homes has just launched Sandbourne Gardens, on Stourport Road, where it’s building 79 new homes across 8.25 acres of land.

A professionally styled and fully furnished four-bedroom detached Blenheim show home is open for viewing.

Elan regional sales director Tracey Ball explained: “People are curious about the homes we’re building in Bewdley and dozens of people have seized the opportunity to view the show home at the earliest opportunity. The marketing suite includes a digital touch screen buyers can use to find out more about the development and the homes available, with QR codes they scan to download a digital brochure so they can have up to date information at their fingertips. Plus, along with viewing the show home in real life, there’s the option of taking a virtual 3600 or video tour of the four-bedroom detached Bordesley and five-bedroom detached Halstead via our website. We’re building 14 different house types in Bewdley and while It wouldn’t be practical to open a show home for each one, the virtual viewings offer the next best thing.”

Current availability includes three, four and five-bedroom homes, with prices from £349,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Brocton.

A four-bedroom double-fronted detached Blenheim, like the show home is available from £609,995.

Heating and hot water in Elan’s new homes in Bewdley will be powered by air source heat pumps, in place of traditional gas boilers, with underfloor heating to the ground floor of the properties. Every home will have an electric vehicle charging point.

Future phases of Sandbourne Gardens will offer an increased choice of homes, including two-bedroom properties and two bungalows.
