It is home to the longest leisure pier in the world - The Southend Pier - and boasts seven miles of beachfront. The town hosts major annual events such as Southend's Festival of the Air, Film Festival and a grand Carnival amongst others.
Southend-on-Sea Town Centre is a unique shopping destination with independent stores and high street retailers, two large modern indoor shopping centres, the Royals Shopping Centre and Victoria Shopping Centre, as well as regular farmers’ and craft markets.
The development is ideally situated on Southchurch Boulevard with a bus stop close by providing access to Southend Victoria train station, Southend Pier and all the main amenities and shops on the high street.
