About the Development

Harbour Village is a very special seaside development right at the tip of the Fylde peninsula. With stunning views and fresh ocean air, this exquisite development is situated in one of the most sought after locations.

This unrivalled coastal community has been carefully planned to the smallest detail, from the individual New Heritage Collection homes, combining authentic craftsmanship with modern interior designs, to the layout of the five key zones, offering something for everybody, from prestigious penthouses to affordable family living. Harbour Village particularly offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, perfect for both families and professionals.

Harbour Village helps you create the perfect balance in life. With links to Preston and Blackburn nearby and the bright lights of Blackpool close by too, you can rest assured that commuting need not be a hassle. Yet these great links don’t intrude on the peaceful pace you’ll find in Fleetwood.

The development is within easy reach of a doctors' surgery on London Street in Fleetwood. The closest hospital is in nearby Blackpool, right beside Blackpool Zoo, just seven miles or 20 minutes' drive from central Fleetwood. The Fleetwood Dental Practice can be found on Poulton Road.

As with any tourist destination there is a huge choice of venues in which to eat and drink in Fleetwood so Redrow residents are certain to quickly find some new favourites. Chains, such as Smith and Jones Pubs, are present in the town.
Examples include The Wyre Light, which offers themed nights or Friday parties. Alternatively, J D Weatherspoons' The Thomas Drummond is nearby. The Kings on Lord Street or The Queen’s Pub on Beach Road are sure to offer a royal night out!

Schools are important to us here at Redrow; we understand that they are a major factor in purchasing any family home. There are some excellent primary schools in the Harbour Village catchment, including the Chaucer Community Primary School, or St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School. For older students, Fleetwood High School or Cardinal Allen Catholic High are within easy reach of the development.

For further and higher education, Blackpool and The Fylde College or the University of Central Lancashire are the closest options, each with a strong syllabus.

Moving into a Redrow development is very much a lifestyle choice. Living at the Harbour Village offers you the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors and plenty of sea air. For golfers, the Fleetwood Golf Club is right on the coast, offering spectacular views out to sea. Fit families will enjoy the Gym Mania Gymnastics Centre or the Over Wyre Sports Centre, in Poulton-le-Fylde.
Vue Cinemas has an eight-screen complex just outside Fleetwood in Thornton-Cleveleys. The state of the art surround sound system should ensure that you can enjoy the latest movie blockbusters to full effect.

The Freeport Outlet Village has some of the biggest names in British retail for clothes, together with accessories, cosmetics and gifts at up to 60% below retail price. However, there is far more to shopping in Fleetwood. You will also find traditional gift shops aimed at tourists, as well as a bustling high street with familiar brands.
The town’s market takes place three times a week, all year round, and offers shoppers around 150 stalls from which to choose, selling clothes, food and homewares.

Fleetwood lies at the northern end of Blackpool Transport’s tramway, which runs for about 12 miles in total. Blackpool is also accessible by bus or road. Principal routes to and from Fleetwood include the A587 and A585, with links to the M55 and M6, which means that Preston is within easy reach.
There are numerous public transport options, with railway stations in nearby Poulton-le-Fylde or Blackpool North. Travelling further afield, Manchester Airport itself is just 61 miles away. Similarly, Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport is 67 miles from Fleetwood.
