For further education, Lincoln University is a short drive or bus ride away. The University also has a campus at Grantham College where it delivers a wide range of courses.

The A1 and A52 run West of Grantham which allows commuters access to a wide variety of bigger cities and the various employment opportunities they offer. Grantham railway station is under 2 miles from the development and sits in the East Coast main line, thus central London is just over an hour away, or Nottingham in 30 minutes.

East Midlands airport is 50 minutes by car and serves a wide variety of international destinations.
