  • or has close family (parents, children, brothers or sisters) ordinarily resident in the area (for a minimum period of 5 years).

  • or has previously lived in the area for a continuous period of 10 yearsor is either in employment or has an offer of employment as their main place of work in the area and is a contract for a minimum of 12 months for at least 16 hours per week.


    • A financial advisor or mortgage broker can confirm if you can afford less than the advertised share (still between 25-75%), then we can approve your Shared Ownership recommended share, provided you meet other eligibility requirements.
