HBF 5 Star Homebuilders
About the Home Builders Federation Rating
The Home Builders Federation operates the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. This survey was launched in 2005 and has become the key measure of quality in the UK housebuilding industry.
The survey is sent to buyers eight weeks after they complete on their new home. Builders receive a star rating based on one question: Would you recommend your builder to a friend?
To achieve five stars, at least 90% of customers must answer yes to this question.
