Telford town centre is easily reached from Oakford Grange via the B4373, and the A442 Queensway, the main north-south route to Bridgnorth is also close by. Junction 5 of the M54 is only a few miles away, linking Telford to the M6 and the West Midlands to the east and to the A5 and Shrewsbury to the west. Three railway stations serve the town, the nearest being Oakengates, about a mile away, while Telford Central is 3.2 miles. For air travel Birmingham airport is approximately 45 miles
